Participation Guidelines

To ensure a positive and productive learning experience, all participants in any of our course (private or group) are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Punctuality:
Be on time for each scheduled session. Any losses caused by tardiness or absence are the responsibility of the participant.

2. Respectful Conduct:
Treat instructors, administrators and fellow participants with respect and courtesy. Avoid disruptive behavior, offensive language, or any actions that may hinder a positive learning atmosphere.

3. Technology Readiness:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and the necessary technology (computer, webcam, microphone, Zoom software and a Google account to access course materials via Drive) for online learning. Test your equipment before the course begins.

4. Single Participant per Connection:
To maximize engagement and adhere to your single access purchase, ensure only one person is present per connection during the sessions.

5. Confidentiality:
Respect the confidentiality of information shared during the course, including discussions and participant contributions. Do not share session recordings or materials with individuals outside the course without the written permission of the content creator.

6. Completion of Assignments:
Complete any assigned tasks, homework, or projects within the specified timeframe. This contributes to the overall learning experience.

7. Attendance and Session Rescheduling:
Attend all sessions as scheduled. Failure to attend will result in the session being counted as used in the course. At least one registered participant must attend any given session no more than 15 minutes past start time. Otherwise, the abandoned session will be considered used for all and there will be no session recording available. When rescheduling is required by administrators, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling is necessary due to unforeseen technical issues, the affected session will be postponed until the next scheduled date.

8. Feedback and Communication:
Provide constructive feedback to the Course Administrator regarding the course content and delivery. Communicate any concerns or issues promptly via e-mail to ensure timely resolution.

9. Technology Troubleshooting:
In case of technical issues during a session, make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot on your end. If problems persist, inform the Course Administrator for assistance.

10. Session Recordings:
By participating in the course, participants acknowledge and consent to the recording of sessions for quality assurance, participation verification, resource sharing among participants and inclusion in content published at the discretion of the creator. Voices in session recordings will remain unaltered while faces will be obscured to protect the privacy of all participants.

11. Prohibition of Off-Topic Questions:
Avoid asking questions unrelated to the course content or seeking personal information about instructors or fellow participants. Focus on topics relevant to the learning objectives to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment.

12. English and Thai Language Communications:
To maximize effectiveness of the course and create an immersive learning experience, all communication during sessions should be in English or Thai. This includes chat messages, questions, comments, and any additional interactions. Embracing this practice contributes to a more effective learning environment for all participants.

13. Enforcement and Consequences for Guideline Violations:
– The Course Administrator takes guideline adherence seriously to maintain a positive learning environment. In the event of guideline violations, the following actions may be taken:

a. Verbal Warning: A verbal warning may be issued for minor infractions, serving as an initial reminder of the importance of adhering to the guidelines.
b. Written Warning: Persistent violations may result in a written warning, providing a formal notice of the issue and the necessity for immediate correction.
c. Temporary Suspension: In cases of continued non-compliance, a temporary suspension from the course may be imposed to address the issue and protect the learning community.
d. Permanent Removal: Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the course, with no eligibility for refunds or future participation.

Decisions regarding enforcement will be made at the discretion of the Course Administrator, with a focus on maintaining a respectful and effective learning environment for all participants.

Participants are urged to review and adhere to these guidelines to ensure a positive and constructive learning experience. If you have any questions or concerns about the guidelines or witness a violation, please contact our support team promptly.
