1. What is Patana Pasa Language Training Services?
Patana Pasa Language Training Services is a Thailand-based organization specializing in providing communication training services. Our comprehensive courses are designed to enhance language skills for effective professional communication.

2. How are the training sessions conducted?
All training sessions are conducted online via Zoom, a trusted  and reliable video conferencing platform. Participants can join sessions from the comfort of their own location, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

3. For which languages do you conduct training?
A Guide to Speaking Practical Thai, designed to provide an opportunity for consistent practice and motivation, is now open for enrollment. This course is designed to for those interested in learn to speak Thai language.  Participants shave have a grasp of elementary English to be eligible for this course. It is not necessary to be able to read Thai to take this course.

4. Can the training be customized for our business needs?
Absolutely! We offer customized corporate training programs tailored to your business requirements. These programs can address industry-specific vocabulary and communication challenges for a more targeted learning experience.

5. Is the recorded session license necessary, and what does it include?
The optional session recording license provides clients with exclusive access to recorded training sessions. This license allows for internal use only, enhancing ongoing learning and development within your organization.

7. Can I reschedule or cancel a training session?
Yes, clients registered as a group and individuals may request to reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Failure to provide notice will result in the session being counted as used in the course. Publicly scheduled group sessions will be held on time and can only be rescheduled by the administrators.

9. Are the training materials and methodologies confidential?
Yes, all intellectual property, including course materials and methodologies, created or provided by Patana Pasa, remains the exclusive property of Patana Pasa. Clients are expected to treat all information garnered during the course of our transactions as confidential.

10. Is there a refund policy for the training services?
Payment for our services is non-refundable. However, clients may have the option to reschedule the start date of services for up to 60 days following payment receipt.
