To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment for all participants, everyone enrolled in a Patana Pasa course — whether private or group — is required to follow these guidelines. By enrolling, you agree to the standards described here.

1. Punctuality

Be on time for each scheduled session. Any portion of a session missed due to tardiness is the responsibility of the participant and will not be made up within that session.

2. Respectful Conduct

All participants are expected to treat instructors, administrators, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy. Disruptive behavior, offensive language, or any conduct that negatively affects the learning environment is not tolerated. If appearing on camera, appropriate attire is required.

3. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment — computer, Zoom software, and a Google account to access course materials via Google Drive. Please test your setup before the course begins.

4. One Participant Per Connection

Each enrollment covers one participant per connection. Only one person may attend per registered access. This is both a fairness measure and a condition of enrollment.

5. Confidentiality

Session recordings and course materials are for enrolled participants only. Sharing recordings or materials with anyone outside the course without prior written consent from the course administrator is strictly prohibited.

6. Assignments & Preparation

Study files are made available at least three days before each session via Google Drive. Participants are encouraged to review materials in advance to get the most out of each live session.

7. Attendance & Rescheduling

Attend sessions as scheduled. A missed session is counted as used unless rescheduled by administrators. For group sessions, at least one registered participant must be present within 15 minutes of the start time — otherwise the session will be considered used for all registered participants and no recording will be produced.

When rescheduling is initiated by administrators, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Feedback & Communication

Constructive feedback about course content or delivery should be submitted to the course administrator by email outside of live sessions. Concerns or issues should be communicated promptly so they can be addressed in a timely manner.

9. Technical Issues

In the event of technical difficulties during a session, make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot on your end. If the issue persists, notify the course administrator for assistance. Sessions disrupted by provider-side technical failure will be rescheduled at no cost to participants.

10. Session Recordings & Consent

By participating in any of our courses, participants acknowledge and consent to the recording of sessions for quality assurance, participation verification, and resource sharing among enrolled participants. Participants' video and audio may be included in published content at the discretion of the course administrator, with video feeds and voices redacted or altered before any public use.

11. On-Topic Communication

Questions and comments during live sessions should remain relevant to the session topic or course content. Off-topic questions, personal inquiries about instructors, or anything unrelated to the learning objectives should be directed to the administrator by email.

12. Language During Sessions

To support an immersive learning environment, all communication during sessions should be in English or Thai. This includes chat messages, questions, and comments.

13. Guideline Enforcement

The course administrator takes these guidelines seriously to protect the learning environment for all participants. Violations may result in:

Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the course administrator with the goal of maintaining a fair and effective learning environment for everyone involved.

By enrolling in any Patana Pasa course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these participation guidelines.
